Our "Telbin Riders" Won Their First Cup!
This weekend a senior team of the Centre "Telbin Riders" debuted at the Open tournament on roller hockey in Lutsk. Our team, despite the fact of first-time participation in a similar championship, showed very good results for this level of competitions and became a cup-winner. Regular training and high-quality facilities reflected in the coordinated game of athletes.

Return of Our Kids to the Ivan Franko Theatre
On October 12, the second cycle of the socio-cultural "Inclusion" program was completed with the play "On the other side of the sun" in the Ivan Franko national drama theatre. Key performers were children facing vulnerabilities and their talented peers.

Rebecca Harms (MEP) at "Our Kids"
The MEP from Germany, leader of Green faction Rebecca Harms visited the Centre for Children in Need "Our Kids". Ms. Rebecca is deeply concerned about developments in Ukraine and the fate of refugees and children suffering misfortune.

Opening of hockey season
Children from the Centre "Our Kids" attended an opening match of Ukrainian Hockey Championship 2015-2016. The teams of "Generals" Kyiv and HC "Kremechuk" took the ice of the Sports Palace. "Today's match was a kind of workshops for our athletes", - said Vasil Vasylenko, the coach of the Centre roller hockey teams.

International Conference on Education Reform
The Centre "Our Kids" hosted an international conference " Ukrainian education reform in European perspective. Change begins in schools". Among the participants were teachers, academics, journalists, Ukrainian and Polish politicians, in whole about 160 people. During the conference were discussed the Ukrainian educational reform and, related to it, decentralization of local government. Meeting of Polish and Ukrainian experts, employees of Ministries, representatives of local authorities and educational institutions and, above all, teachers and principals, provided an opportunity to exchange views and share experiences. The event became the first step in the implementation of the pilot project "Klasna Shkola" for 10 educational institutions of Ukraine.

Anna Maria Corazza Bildt (MEP) at “Our Kids”
Anna Maria Corazza Bildt, Member of European Parliament from Sweden, Co-Chair of the Intergroup on Children’s rights, visited the Centre "Our Kids". Preparing for the seminar "The invisible face of humanitarian crisis in Ukraine", which is scheduled for 23 September in Brussels, Ms Anna Maria personally came to Ukraine. She visited our Centre and spent Sunday together with Basarab family in which 2 of 7 admitted kids are from Shchasya town of Luhansk region.
