  2. New kids in our Centre

    In Borysenko family we are welcome new children. Sister and her three brothers are ensconced in the new place. Dniprovskyi District Service for Children has sent them to us, their family is in crisis. Children are playful and very friendly. We will do everything for children to feel them safety and comfortable.

  3. On the 19th of December we celebrated St. Nicholas Day in our Centre

    The atmosphere of St. Nicholas Day was a fantastic. Our choir sang Ukrainian carols, everybody took part in the funny competitions. The holiday finished with tasty treats. To greet children came Deputy Head of the Dniprovskyi District of the city of Kyiv of the State Administration Alla Zahorodnia and Head of Dniprovskyi District Service for Children Oleksii Polishchuk. This holiday was shrouded with charm and kindness. St. Nicholas Day gave us nice memory and lovely moments.

  4. MENTORING SUMMIT

    Yesterday in Kyiv was a summit on the development of mentoring in Ukraine. This is the first practical step after the adoption of the presidential envoy for children's rights by Mykola Kuleba - Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Children's Rights. The Mentoring summit was visited by hundreds of people from different parts of Ukraine which want to learn more about the project. Among these people also were members from our Centre. The first step to mentoring is filling online forms on the website (There you will also find more detailed information).

  5. LOVE OF A FAMILY IS LIFE’S GREATEST HAPPINESS

    We all love and cherish our homes and our families. Our homes are the castles where we can find relief from life’s hardships and our families are the people who are always there to understand and support us in an hour of need. We are genuinely happy that today, 9-year-old Ania is starting a new life. Her childhood dream of finding a family has finally come true. We wish you all the best in your new family.

  6. Hanna Suchocka visited the Centre for Children in need “Our Kids”

    Today Hanna Suchocka – polish politician, the 5th Prime Minister of Poland, a member of the Club of Madrid and a member of the Council of Women World Leaders visited our Centre. We were happy to share our experience and to obtain new knowledge about similar projects in Poland.
