With every passing year, mankind is becoming increasingly more concerned with the environmental protection issues. The "Our Kids" Centre is making its contribution to the environmental protection through the implementation of the ‘Green Concept.’ This, in its own way, is both a certain mindset and a lifestyle. To promote awareness of natural resources conservation, it is necessary to get the message across about the problems and the importance of preserving our planet. Here at the Centre, we started with the basics by launching an awareness programme for youth.

As part of the training course on international sustainable development strategies, fourth year students of the KROK University visited the "Our Kids" Centre to learn about the principles of operation of the geothermal system that is installed on its premises.The system has enough capacity to heat 3,000 square meters of total floor area of our residential buildings and provide enough hot water for all our residents.

The students had once again witnessed the importance of using renewable energy sources in all areas of life. We plan to continue broadening our existing co-operation with kindergartens, secondary schools, universities, and child protection organisations.
