Summer sports training camp

Our kids have no time to feel bored! Summer sports training camp started in the Centre. The last two weeks of holidays we will spend with a maximum benefit: children are doing collective morning exercises, training roller skating, playing volleyball, basketball, roller hockey, and badminton. Everyone is engaged - even "parents" and caregivers, and staff of the Centre may join the training. After all, we have a universal playground that provides all the conditions for comprehensive physical, creative and sporting development of children and their caregivers living and working at the Centre.

Professional coaches are working with children. Among them are Anna Muzyka*, the first Master of Sports of Ukraine, the member of the roller sports national team of Ukraine, and Vasyl Vasylenko*, a former player of hockey national team of Ukraine.

Oleksandr Kushch, Sports Manager, said: "This is our first experience of such events organization, and we are quite satisfied with the first results. The training camp made it possible to understand the tastes and interests of each child, to determine skills of everyone and what is needed for the development of these talents".

So, now returning to the daily routine and the studying process after holidays will be much easier for our kids.

*Anna Muzyka - the first Master of Sports of Ukraine, the member of the roller sports national team of Ukraine (high-speed running on roller skates), athlete and coach of the "SAM Racing Team" Roller Club ", fulfilled the international standards at the World Cup.

*Vasyl Vasylenko - a trainee of the Kyiv "Sokol" Club, where competed in the early 90's. After that he played in the UK, Super League in Russia and in Sweden. He had a cap in Ukrainian national hockey team during 12 matches at the world championships in 1997 and in 1998. Currently, Vysyliy is the head coach assistant in "Generals" Hockey Club (Kyiv).
