Educators at the Our Kids Centre used face paint to make some dreams come true. From fairy to movie star, everything seemed possible.
Caregivers Tetyana Tokar and Larysa Yenina put their heart and soul into preparations. Special invitations went out, there was a brief introduction to the history of body art and then, it was down to business.
Using special paint and colour markers, the kids were encouraged to choose the patterns they liked most. Seeing themselves in the mirror after they'd been painted, the kids transformed into their avatars. From delicate butterflies to spooky monsters and brave superheroes: a whole new bunch of kids was in the room.
Imagination and care - and abracadabra! A normal day turns into an unforgettable adventure.
