Roller-skating race during Kyiv’s Championship

On May 28th during the Open Roller Speed Skating Championship in Kyiv our children proved once again, that sports and a healthy lifestyle are not only fun but also essential to forming rounded personalities! That is precisely why we fully support and encourage the kids to develop both physically and culturally.

This was the first official competition of this season – The Open Roller-skating Sprint Championship in Kyiv in the categories seniors, junior and kids. “SAM racing team” Roller Club organized the event under the auspices of the Independent City Roller Sports Federation in Kyiv with the help of Family, Youth and Sports Management; Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports KCSA.

The Centre's “Telbin Riders” sports team was represented by athletes Liza and Nastya as well as their cheerleading squad. Coach Sergiy Bulenok also attended; facing strong competition, Liza achieved third place in the “Children A” category whilst Nastya came 4th. Liza received a medal and a diploma and Nastya was given a prize. The organizers also noted Masha’s cheerleading enthusiasm.
